      HSE24 in first place among Germany's "Customer Champions 2018": For the fourth time in succession the Ismaning-based omnichannel retailer has been rewarded with first place among Germany's Customer Champions for its excellent customer focus.

      TÜV Saarland: HSE24 Provides the Best Customer Service. The Ismaning-based home shopping company has once again sailed through the "TÜV Service tested" certification, earning a rating of "excellent" for the fifth time in succession. With the top grade of 1.2, HSE24 has repeated its TÜV score from 2015 and again surpassed its results from 2009, 2011 and 2013. Of the customers surveyed, 99.6% would shop with HSE24 again and 98.7% would be happy to recommend HSE24.

      HSE24 Continues Its Growth Trajectory. In the 2016 financial year, the Group generated net sales of €754 million – representing a year-on-year increase of 6%. With double-digit year-on-year growth rates, the subsidiaries in Russia and Italy continued to grow dynamically. The home shopping company also significantly increased its operating results (EBITDA).

      HSE24 Has Done It a Third Time. The Ismaning-based omnichannel retailer has been rewarded with first place among Germany's Customer Champions for its excellent customer focus. This means that HSE24 has occupied the top spot in the category for companies of its size for the third time in succession and has received a special award from the founders of the competition.

      Dr. Konrad Hilbers Resigns as Chairman of Advisory and Supervisory Boards. Dr. Konrad Hilbers is handing over his function as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the HSE24 Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Home Shopping Europe GmbH to former HSE24 CEO Richard Reitzner. Dr. Konrad Hilbers remains with the omnichannel retailer as an Advisory Board member.

      HSE24 Group and MBC Group establish Joint Venture. On March 2nd 2017 the HSE24 Group announced its strategic partnership with the Arab Satcaster Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC). The Joint Venture is meant to establish a home shopping company in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). This joint venture is a consistent continuation of the international growth trajectory of HSE24. The company, which is to be based in Dubai, will focus on the sale of fashion, beauty and jewelry items for the Arab market.

      Sonja Piller is appointed as the new CEO and Chairwoman of the Management Board of HSE24, becoming the first woman to head the Ismaning-based home shopping company. She succeeds Richard Reitzner who, at his own request, moves from an operational role on the Board of Managing Directors to the Group’s Advisory Board, over which he will preside as Active Chairman, after more than 20 successful years at HSE24.

      In her role as Chief Executive Officer, Sonja Piller, who was previously the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at HSE24, continues to assume responsibility for the areas of Human Resources, Corporate Communications and International. Richard Reitzner will remain involved with the company as an experienced advisor and strategist. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Advisory Board, he will continue to support the Group at a strategic level as Active Chairman with a particular focus on the ongoing development and international growth strategy of HSE24.

      HSE24 wins HR Excellence Award 2016. HSE24's change project "2gether 4future" wins first prize in the "Change Management (SME)" category at the Human Resources Excellence Awards 2016 (HREA). Human Resources Manager magazine and Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin present the annual HREA awards in recognition of innovative flagship projects in the field of human resources. The best human resources programs from 450 submissions received awards in 23 categories at the ceremony in Berlin on December 2, 2016.

      HSE24 publishes "Mobile Fashion Study": Facebook is the most common inspiration for women to make purchases. This was one of the findings of a new study conducted by HSE24 and ECC Köln, which surveyed a total of 483 female mobile fashion shoppers between the age of 25 and 40 who have made purchases of fashion and accessories using their smartphone at least once. The conclusion: Smartphones are also conquering the fashion world. According to their responses, 77 percent of women are using their smartphone to shop for fashion more often than they did three years ago. They take their inspiration from Facebook, blogs and Instagram.

      HSE24 and DHL continue successful cooperation. The home shopping company HSE24 and DHL Paket continue their successful cooperation in recent years by extending the existing agreement ahead of schedule by an additional five years. This means DHL remains HSE24's biggest logistics partner.

      The omnichannel retailer completes its management team with the appointment of Benedikt Schramm as Chief Operating Officer (COO) with effect from September 1. In this position, he is responsible for managing, controlling, and organizing the IT, Logistics, and Customer Experience business areas. The appointment of Benedikt Schramm as Chief Operating Officer forms part of the new corporate structure implemented by HSE24 in early 2016.

      HSE24 remains on course for success. The omnichannel retailer closed the 2015 financial year with record sales and earnings. The HSE24 Group increased its sales by 10% to €715 million as against the previous year. With net sales of €626 million, the company posted significant sales growth of 7% in its core markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) in its anniversary year. This indicates that HSE24 is still growing dynamically across all shopping channels and is also considerably increasing its EBITDA.

      Brian Rennie for HSE24: The omnichannel retailer launches the first collection by the international star designer. The exclusive spring/summer collection BRIAN BY BRIAN RENNIE premieres in February as part of HSE24's Trend & Style Week. Under the motto "affordable luxury", BRIAN BY BRIAN RENNIE offers glamor at a reasonable price. The launch of the collection is accompanied by a cross-channel campaign featuring testimonials from Brian Rennie and top model Franziska Knuppe.

      HSE24 will operate with a new corporate structure in future: As part of the sustainable growth offensive of the HSE Group, CEO Richard Reitzner reshuffles responsibilities within the company. HSE24 is headed by an expanded Board of Managing Directors with immediate effect. Richard Reitzner is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors and remains responsible for Marketing, Production & Sales and Corporate Identity. Jan Schulze is appointed as CMO in charge of Multichannel, Procurement, Planning & Analysis, Sonja Piller becomes CBDO with responsibility for Human Resources, Internationalization and Organizational Development, and CFO Ralph Brugger is also given responsibility for Legal Affairs and Network Development.

      20 years HSE24: company celebrates anniversary. Young fashion designer Lars Harre wins HSE24 Talent Award.

      "Germany's Customer Champions 2015": HSE24 wins first place for outstanding customer-relationship management (category: companies 500-4.999 employees)

      HSE24 is continuing on its dynamic growth course: with a net sales volume of €587 million (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, unconsolidated including intra-Group transactions), the multichannel mail-order company has achieved a significant rise in sales in 2014, jumping some 7 percent from the previous year's figure.
      HSE24 is also on a clear growth course in foreign markets: the subsidiaries Shopping Live in Russia and HSE24 in Italy saw a further leap in sales in 2014, with a total figure that was almost two thirds higher than the previous year's. The Group generated total net sales of €649 million in the past year.

      HSE24 launches cross-media lifestyle campaign for women over 30. The multichannel shopping retailer HSE24 is on air with an advertising campaign on TV and in the internet for the first time.

      HSE24 Extra is available at Kabel Deutschland and enlarges its range to 7.4 million households.

      HSE24 is one of "Germany's Customer Champions 2014". The prize certifies that the company has an outstanding customer-relationship management – excellent customer service and exceptional customer friendliness – and high emotional customer loyalty.

      Sales and earnings record in 2013 - Again best year in the company's. All Shopping Channels - the three TV stations, the online store and the shopping apps (iPad and smartphone) - show a significant increase in sales.Net sales climed seven percent to 551 million euros (DACH). The operating result (EBITDA) also has risen.E-commerce accounts 22 percent (119 million euros) of total sales by now. The headquarter in Ismaning HSE24 counts approximately 725 employees. Nearly 2,200 employees are working in call centers and logistics.

      On behalf of the news channel n-tv, the German Institute for Service Quality has examined online shops as to their service quality. HSE24 ranks a close second after Otto, a mail-order company. The online shop had the best Internet get-up overall and is test winner in this category.

      HSE24 expands cooperation with DHL. DHL's logistics center in Greven becomes the central warehouse, after the storage space was doubled.

      HSE24 is one of "Germany's Customer Champions 2013". The prize certifies that the company has an outstanding customer-relationship management – excellent customer service and exceptional customer friendliness – and high emotional customer loyalty.

      At European level, ServiceValue also honors companies who strategically anchor customer-centricity firmly in their "corporate DNA". Here, HSE24 is among "Germany's Best Companies 2013".

      HSE24 is one of the first German mail-order companies to offer an app with direct order function on Google TV. The shopping app is available in the Google Playstore for free.

      ServiceValue again awards HSE24 the Platinum Seal for customer service, meaning that the company is now in the "Club of the Best for customer services 2013".

      HSE24 is able – in the German-speaking region (DACH) – to boost sales by 10% to €515m. In its EBITDA, too, the multi-media mail-order company again tops its previous year's result. Looking back over the last five years, HSE24 DACH posted an average annual growth rate of 10%.

      AXA Private Equity (Ardian) sells its majority holding in Home Shopping Europe GmbH to the American investment company Providence Equity, who specialize in investments in the media and communications industry. AXA Private Equity and Home Shopping Europe's management continue to hold a stake in the company.

      Stepping up growth and internationalization strategy: the HSE24 Group takes over 100% of the shares in Direct Trade LLC, a Moscow-based operating trading company of the Russian shopping station Shopping Live. The Munich-based company acquires an additional 49% in Shopping Live proper, so that it owns the maximum share permissible for foreign investors in TV stations under Russia's Media Act.

      Another record in sales and earnings during the 2011 business year: earnings of the multi-channel mail-order company increase by 7% to €470m. Looking back across the past five years, the Munich company has posted average annual growth in sales of 10%.

      In addition to TV, online and smartphone, shopping is now also available on the iPad. Customers can now access and order from the entire product portfolio of all three HSE24 channels by using the HSE24 tablet app.

      With HSE24 Italy, the fourth station in the home shopping family is launched.

      One of Germany's technical inspection agencies, TÜV Saarland, confirms that HSE24 has the best service in Germany's teleshopping market, and awards the company a "very good" rating for the second time.

      In the 2010 financial year, HSE24 once again boosts its net sales, with a double-digit rise of 12% to €441m. The home shopping company's growth thus surpasses the figure for the market as a whole. With an increase of around 9%, overall market sales stand at over €1.3bn in Germany.

      HSE24 achieves gold ranking in Germany's largest service survey "Service Champions".

      In the 2009 financial year, the company increases its net sales by 12% to around €394m (2008: €353m). Its adjusted EBITDA, too, receives a definite boost compared with the previous year, rising by over 35%.

      The home shopping company is controlled by the newly established HSE24 Management Holding (88% AXA Private Equity, 12% HSE24 Management).

      The services of HSE24 are now also TÜV-approved: in a large-scale customer survey conducted by TÜV Saarland, 2,500 customers give HSE24 a "very good" rating for customer satisfaction and service quality.

      The Munich-based company closes its 2007/2008 business year as well as the 2008 calendar year with double-digit percentage growth in sales and profit. HSE24 boosts net sales by 10% to €353m (2007: €320m).
